Presentations & Workshops

Public speaking, which was once a fear, has become an absolute joy in my life. I love nothing more than being involved in residencies and sharing my knowledge with students, faculty, and the community. With hundreds of presentations down, I pride myself on providing in-depth knowledge on a range of important topics in an accessible way, where attendees feel inspired rather than overwhelmed.

My most popular series, Fanfare for the Unheard, shares the music of some incredible living composers and covers the importance of building an inclusive program - including the whats, whys, and hows behind thinking about the music we program! I have crafted full Professional Development days, presented at the International Women’s Brass Conference, and have traveled the world, both in-person and virtually, to share knowledge with thousands of eager students and faculty.
